Time and Shipping cost
The shipping cost are clearly showed during the checkout process. The shipping costs are:
Express Shipping in Italy: (1-2 working days)

Free charge (Simonetta Spa) for over € 100
Express International Shipping: (1-3 working days)
Cost € 25 up to a charge € 250
Free charge (Simonetta Spa) for over € 250
Order fulfillment time
The orders are processed within two working days following the receipt. Once the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation mail has been received, the orders will be dispatched according to the selected shipping method. Dispatching might be delayed on bank holidays.
Orders will be effected and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding feast days and national holidays. Simonetta S.p.a. shall not be liable for unforeseeable delays, but (except in cases of force majeur) without prejudice to the delivery of the Products within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the Customer made his order with Simonetta S.p.a..
Deliveries are not carried out on bank holidays, pre-bank holidays and in August.
As shipping address you can choose the location which is the most convenient for you: your home, your office or someone else’s address.
Delivery of the merchandise requires the presence of the Customer or an appointee designated by him at the address of the consignee indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the merchandise by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages for delivery corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is unimpaired, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, also in the case of special protective materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the non-correspondence of the package number or of the data must be raised immediately by writing ‘goods unchecked’ on the delivery document of the Courier. As soon as the Courier’s document is signed, the customer cannot raise a complaint against the external packaging of the material delivered.
Where it is not in a position to deliver the merchandise ordered due to the fact that the Products are no longer available – even if such non-availability is temporary - Simonetta S.p.a. shall communicate this in timely fashion to the Customer by e-mail, and in no case should the period for such communication exceed 30 (thirty) days. The amount already paid by the Customer shall be repaid at the earliest possible opportunity, and in no case should such repayment exceed a period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase order.
For reasons of safety, deliveries will not be made to P.O. Box numbers, and in such cases the order will not be effected.
Simonetta S.p.a. will issue a till receipt. On demand, it can be issued an invoice for each order made on the Website and sent it to the person making the order in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be used for the issue of the invoice. No variation of the invoice will be possible after it is issued.
The report of your orders may be displayed under the section “My Account” of the web-site. Any details of your purchase may be displayed by clicking on the order reference number given at the moment of purchase and also sent in the confirmation mail.

For shipping outside the European Union, the customer should contact the company, before his purchase, by e-mail stating: product code, size and quantity. After that, Simonetta S.p.a. will contact the customer, to agree terms and shipping costs.
